Scope

These terms apply to requests and orders placed through the Narenji website (the contact form and online print orders). Narenji serves clients across Iran and worldwide.

Placing an order

Sending a form places a request. An order is confirmed once a Narenji specialist has contacted you, the specifications and file are finally approved, and payment is made.

Prices

Print prices are in Iranian toman, exclude delivery and are kept up to date. The price at the time of final approval applies.

Payment

Print orders are paid in full before production starts.

Files and design

• Printing starts after the client approves the final file.
• The client is responsible for the text, spelling, numbers and details on the approved file.
• Slight colour differences between a screen and the final print are normal and are not a production fault.
• If you have no print-ready file, Narenji can design it (design is charged separately).

Production time

The times shown are production times after file approval and payment. Delivery time is separate.

Delivery

Orders are shipped to other cities by post or freight. Delivery is charged separately from the print price and is paid by the client.

Returns and reprints

Printed items are custom-made and cannot be returned. If there is a production fault — the item does not match the approved specifications and file — the order is reprinted. Report a fault as soon as possible after delivery, with photos, through thecontact form.

All requests are recorded and followed up through the contact form and online orders.
