Narenji / Services
From permit to performanceEvents & cultural services
Concerts, conferences and corporate celebrations in Bushehr: from permits and venues to lighting, sound and promotion.
The Narenji Art Support Cultural and Arts Institute doesn't leave an event on paper. If permits, venue, lighting and sound, promotion and ticketing are put together separately, the night of the show falls apart. We take the work from administrative coordination to the end of the programme in one place.
In Bushehr we are the contractor for Lian Hall, the cultural and arts complex amphitheatre, studio stages, a gallery and Shahid Avini Cinema. Corporate celebrations, seminars, theatre, exhibitions and concerts can all be staged in these spaces.
The four main paths are below. Each has its own page with the details; this page is for choosing your path.

A concert is more than tickets
Without a permit, a venue and a sound system, a show date means nothing. We put band coordination, promotion and ticket sales on the same schedule so nothing is missed on the night.
If you only need the venue or only the permit, we quote that separately. We suggest the full package when several parts have to move forward together.
Licensing
Singles and albums, step by step
For vocal works, the lyrics permit usually comes first, then the track and the credits are submitted. A vocal album also needs a cover permit. Instrumental works don't need lyrics approval. Details and documents are on the licensing page.
This is an administrative process and the authority's timing is not in our hands. What we do is make sure the file is never incomplete and the stages don't get mixed up.
Questions
Frequently asked questions
Do you only produce concerts in Bushehr?
Bushehr is our base. We have also coordinated events in other provinces and assess each case individually.
Can we book a venue without full event production?
Yes. See the venue rental page. Lighting and sound can be added separately.
Where do we start with album licensing?
On the licensing page. Whether the work is vocal or instrumental changes the process, so we clarify that first.
