A website should explain what you do clearly, open properly on mobile, and show visitors what to do next. An off-the-shelf template that gets patched later usually damages the brand identity and loses the path to contact or purchase.

At Narenji we design the look around the same brand we built in graphic design, and we build page structure, contact forms and speed in from the start. Basic SEO means correct titles, URLs and structure, not a promise of Google's top spot.

Company website

Introduce your organisation, services, about and contact. Tidy pages, a clear form and a look that matches your visual identity, for a business that needs to give the right address in search and in person.

Online shop

The path from product to cart and payment has to be simple. We take speed, stock and the payment gateway seriously, and we never separate the shop's look from the brand.

Personal website

CV, portfolio and individual services. The site should look like you, so visitors know who they are dealing with, not a generic template.

Build

Mobile first, then desktop

Most visits come from phones. We design the menu, contact button and reading experience for narrow screens first, then for large ones. A site that only looks tidy on a laptop doesn't work for your customers.

Heavy images, illegible fonts and ten-field forms kill orders on mobile. We solve these in the page design, not with a plug-in after handover.

After handover

A site you can update yourself

Handover means training you to manage the content you need, not just dropping off files. You should be able to change page text and images without going back to the designer every time.

If your content isn't ready yet, we clarify that at the start of the project. An empty site with a nice look doesn't work for a business.

What platform do you build sites on?

Depending on the package, usually WordPress, or an online shop on the same platform. We confirm the exact approach once we know the type of site and features; we don't promise a particular system without reviewing your needs.

Is SEO included?

Structure, page titles and baseline speed are part of the design. Ranking on Google is separate, takes time and also depends on content and links.

Do you offer support after handover?

Initial training comes with handover. Ongoing support is arranged separately, so it is clear what is and isn't in the contract.
